Team Photos

Coaches/Managers: Please email your team photo to Glenda Berry for inclusion in the program. Please include the names of the players in the picture and also include any pick-ups that will be present at the tournament but not included in the picture. I need the pictures by June 23 at the ABSOLUTE latest, the sooner the better please.

T-shirts

I have emailed out T-shirt order forms to all my confirmed contacts. If you didn't receive one, please let me know. These need to be returned to me by Saturday, July 9.

Dinner

Players and coaches will receive a Chicken Strip Dinner (chicken strips, caesar salad, potato salad, bun, cake and pop) on Friday, July 16 at 6 p.m.
There will be a limited number of tickets available for parents/siblings to purchase at a cost of $5 each. These will be sold on a first/come first/served basis.

Coaches Meeting

The Coaches Meeting will be held 7:00 p.m., Thursday, July 15 at the Centennial Park Recreation Center, adjacent to our ball park on Carlow Road.
You will need to bring birth certificates for all your players at this time. You will also need to bring your CASA form.

Dress code for coaches will be strictly enforced. No jeans on the field.
