• I will provide transportation for my child, as needed, to all games and practices.	I agree You must agree before continuing.
• I will provide the following equipment for my child: appropriate footwear; ball glove; athletic supporter (where required); and batting helmet (where required).	I agree You must agree before continuing.
• I will guarantee the return of the uniform before September 1, 2012. A deposit of $150.00 per uniform by way of post-dated cheque will be destroyed upon return of the uniform(s). PLEASE NOTE: Cheques will be cashed September 1, 2012 if uniform not returned.	I agree You must agree before continuing.
•I will fulfill my obligation to provide 1 concession shift per child registered. A deposit of $100.00 by way of post-dated cheque will be destroyed upon notification that volunteer requirements have been met. PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the parent to sign up on this website for a concession shift. You must sign up for a shift no later than April 15, 2012. If you fail to do this, or do not show up for your scheduled shift your cheque will be cashed immediately.	I agree You must agree before continuing.
