8:00am until 11:00am Brent Dillon Bantam “C”

11:00amuntil 2:00pm Mike Dixon Pee-Wee ”C”

2:00pm until 5:00pm __________________

5:00pm until finished Ruth Fischer Bantam”C”

Sunday May 27^th 2012

8:00am until 11:00am__________________

11:00am until 2:00pm _________________

2:00pm until 5:00pm __________________

5:00pm until finished _________________

Duties include but are not limited to :

Setting up fields for games ( lines, pitchers circle, batter’s box, on-deck circle, coaches box etc. )

Emptying garbage(including dug-outs) and keeping park clean.

Anything else the tournament director ( Leiha Snow) requires.

The deadline for signing up for your concession shift is April 30th. If you do not sign up by then we will assume that you would like to opt out of your volunteer commitment and your volunteer deposit cheque will be  cashed. For every child you have registered one shift must be complete. The person completeing the shift must be over 18. Anyone can complete the shift ie: friend, grandparent etc. Thankyou for your time.
