We are South Vancouver Island's largest Minor Fastball club providing our youth athletes a positive and rewarding environment for Fastpitch competition, development and fun.
Our divisions range from Learn to Play (U6-U8) to U19 in levels from beginners to competitive B. Our goal is to support our youth with pride and lead with faith in their ability to grow as young adults through our great sport.
We are the home of Langford Lightning and we welcome you to become part of our great Association.
Carnarvon Ball Club and Langford Fastball are hosting an SFU Softball Skills Camp at Langford’s Centennial Park on Saturday, Sept 24th from 12-3:30 and Sunday, Sept 25th from 10-1:30. The cost is only $60 and includes a t-shirt, and further information is available through this link:
This is a rare opportunity to work with SFU’s head softball coach and members of its Varsity Softball team in a fun learning environment!
While the SFU folks handle the majority of the organization for this event, we are looking for a few adult volunteers to help with field set up and take down each day. If you are available to help out, please let us know by emailing Lisa Parkes at Langford.email@example.com. T-shirts will be provided for volunteers.
Langford Fastball is holding their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday June 28th from 7-8:30pm at the Juan de Fuca Fieldhouse (by golf course).
Our AGM is everyone’s opportunity to share their success and to bring forward ways in which we can improve our program for next season. Our club is built on the ideas provided by you and our hard working volunteer staff. We invite you to take an active part in helping our club become even stronger!
Elections for all Executive positions will take place and Committee Leader positions will be filled should the current volunteer choose to vacation his or her role. Our Association needs people like you to volunteer and become a bigger part of the operations of Langford Fastball, the more volunteers we have the easier everyone’s job becomes.
For each team to remain in good standing, all coaching staff and multiple parent members must be in attendance, although we feel the larger the attendance the better chance we have of growing and becoming bigger and better.
Please ensure to sign in with your name, position and team when you arrive. It is also mandatory that all current Executive and Committee members be in attendance
