Langford Fastball wishes to acknowledge the continued support of the City of Langford
Members of Langford Fastball, our Annual General Meeting is set for June 27th, 2018 at 6:30pm and will take place in the JDF Lookout Lounge (above the curling rink)
Each team in our association requires at least 4 members attend the meeting and this includes our Learn to Play Teams. Each member will sign in at the beginning of the meeting and the number of members who attend the meeting affects the amount we are eligible to receive for our gaming grant each year. We ask that you please attend the meeting if you're able, as this is where our new volunteers come forward and as well as when new and returning executive are voted in.
This year we are proposing to make changes to the Constitution, Bylaws and Operating Rules to – among other things – comply with the new Societies Act in the form as posted above. This document will be voted in at the meeting by our members.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on the 27th of June.
